During this first meeting, we will take the time to get to know you and determine what you want and need. This is the perfect time to tell us your ideas. All the information gathered from this meeting will be put together and all the concepts will be documented.

Drawings:

Based on the information gathered from the first meeting, we will prepare the drawings to your specifications. Once completed and approved by you, the plans will be submitted for approval with all the necessary agencies

Determine The Cost:

After the drawings have been completed, we will then determine the cost of your project. At this point there will be a formal proposal written up and a deposit will then be taken to commence the project.

Misc Meeting:

This meeting will cover all the specifications of the project and will give you the opportunity to go through it all prior to commencement. You will be able to see the entire project on paper. The purpose of this meeting is to have you, the client, aware of everything that will be going on and also to get your final thoughts and approval

Final Preperations:

This is the final stage before work on the site begins. During this time, all the preparations of the documents will be finalised and preparing the site begins.

Construction Begins:

It’s official. We are now in the process of constructing your brand new home. Over the next few weeks, you will be able to see your project growing from an empty lot to a beautiful new home.

Owner Checklist:

Construction has been completed and this is the time you go through your brand new house and ensure that it is what you have dreamed about. You will have the opportunity to make a final inspection of your new home before the handover.

Handover:

The project has been completed and we will now hand over the keys to your brand new home. The building inspection has also been completed and this is the point you can move into your house.

Project Closed:

At this point everything has been completed and all the accounts have been paid in full. Congratulations! You have successfully built your dream home.
